It's Sunday today. I've finished all my homework. I don't have any spare time. I must read a book.

Looking through the crowded bookshelves, I finally found a good book, "Harry Potter and the magic stone". The author of the book is the British woman writer J.K Rowling. This book is the one year old Harry lost parents, foster uncle aunt. Harry in the home of Uncle suffered bullying, as well as their "Dudley -- a fiend in human shape a fat," spoiled, bullying big man, but also on the cuff and kick Harry. Harry's room is in a dark narrow cupboard, since ten years, Harry spent all day in there. No one has ever had a birthday for Harry for ten years. However, in Harry's eleven birthday that day, everything changed, the owl messenger brought a mysterious letter, invited him to a meeting he felt forever unforgettable and unbelievable place: Hogwarts School of magic. At Hogwarts, Harry not only found friends, learned to fly in the air, riding a model for the nimbus 2000 broom hit Earth Quebec and win the game, but also get a cloak. He found everything there, from class to meal to sleep, full of magic. But a magic stone appeared, and he was closely related to the fate of Harry...

Read this book, I want to make an extraordinary life, eager to dream round outstanding figures. The strength of friendship, the battle between justice and evil, and the courage to fight against fate are all thrilling in the book. Do you want to know what's going on? Turn over the book and see it carefully.

Today, I have read a book named Christmas Carol. The main character didn’t believe in Christmas and was selfish and cruel to other people. However, after the tree ghosts came and brought him to the past, present and the future, he suddenly understood what share means.

Actually, I have the same experience with him, except the selfishness and cruelness. I don’t believe in Christmas as well, even though a lot of people keep telling me about it. In my mind, Christmas is a kind of belief, which can help people when they are harsh situation. However, if I have time to believe in Charismas, I prefer to work harder. Remember that never rely on the others, especially that unrealistic belief which is a kind of illusion.

This is a classic French writer romain rolland. Very vividly to introduce our way across Europe art as an excellent representative of three areas: musician Beethoven, sculptor Michelangelo and writer Tolstoy.

Let me feel the deepest is Beethoven, he is a life struggle with the fate of the people. Unfortunately, he is also a lucky, it has a different from ordinary people's holy heart. In today's society have such heart, less and less people whole life running after fame and profit, and live for money, give up once the ideal, give up the struggle spirit, to give up his confidence in the life stage. And Beethoven, his courage to face the natural set a trap, and face god's injustice, for his efforts to fight for his dream come true. To earn money for the family when he was young and when traveling, maybe we in the warm house was being waited on hand and foot, actually we are the darling of the fate, was born in this age of peace, meals not sorrow, and learn. But some students don't know to cherish, not listening carefully in class, foul-mouthed. Beethoven did not live up to the title.

I think Roman Roland in writing this book is not just in order to let us to understand those celebrities, more important is to call those unfortunate people, don't complain too much! How good molecules in human life, let us read it to absorb its spiritual nourishment, restore confidence of life, although the life is not as good as we thought, dream, but since they come over, we can also come over.

And a great man, who are also common, and we different is that they are only the tenacious perseverance. Similarly, we also want to go, fight for the joy of success together!

Lazy Harry is definitely the laziest person I have ever read about. His wife is also influenced by him and becomes lazy too. Undoubtedly, living comfortably without working is absolutely what we expected, yet it is impossible. Society means

After reading a story of the Grimm’s fairy tales, I can’t help rethinking the laziness and sympathy of the human beings.

Above all,Grimm’s fairy tales shows us the goodness and badness of the world, every story has its own moral, what we can do is to realize the society and look ahead. Besides,it also helps a lot in English, especially in reading skill.

Lazy Harry is definitely the laziest person I have ever read about. His wife is also influenced by him and becomes lazy too. Undoubtedly, living comfortably without working is absolutely what we expected, yet it is impossible. Society means

competition, so that everyone needs to work hard and earn the bread for his family. Can you imagine that the whole world is full of lazy people who just wait for others’ food? How could the society progress? How could they live on? Thus, diligence is the essential factor which contributes to the development of the world. It’s significant for us students to deal with laziness correctly.

Th a story about a special and unreserved woman who has been exposed to a hostile environment but continuously and fearlessly struggling for her ideal life. The story can be interpreted as a symbol of the independent spirit.

It seems to me that many readers' Englh reading experience starts with Jane Eyer.I am of no exception. As we refer to the movie “Jane Eyer”,it not surpring to find some differences because of its being filmized and retold in a new way,but the spirit of the novel remains----to be an independent person, both physically and mentally.

Jane Eyer was a born rester, whose parents went off when she was very young, and her aunt, the only relative she had, treated her as badly as a ragtag.Since Jane's education in Lowwood Orphanage began, she didn't get what she had been expecting--simply being regarded as a mon person, just the same as any other girl around. The suffers from being humiliated and devastated teach Jane to be persevering and prize dignity over anything else.As a reward of revolting the ruthless oppression,Jane got a chance to be a tutor in Thornfield Garden. There she made the acquaintance of lovely Adele and that garden's owner,Rochester,a man with warm heart despite a cold face outside.Jane expected to change the life from then on,but fate had decided otherwe:After Jane and Rochester fell in love with each other and got down to get marry, she unfortunately came to know in fact Rochester had got a legal wife, who seemed to be the shadow following Rochester and led to h moodiness all the time ----Rochester was also a despairing person in need of salvation.Jane did want to give him a hand, however, she made up her mind to leave, because she didn't want to betray her own principles, because she was Jane Eyer. The film has finally got a symbolt end:Jane inherited a large number of legacies and finally returned. After finding Rochester's mfortune brought by h original mad wife,Jane chose to stay with him forever.

I don't know what others feel, but frankly speaking,I would rather regard the section that Jane began her teaching job in Thornfield as the film's end----especially when I heard Jane's words “Never in my life have I been awaken so happily.” For one thing,th ideal and brand-new beginning of life was what Jane had been imagining for long as a suffering person; for another,th should be what the audiences with my views hoped her to get.But the professional judgment of producing films reminded me to wait for a totally different result:There must be something wrong ing with the excellence----perhaps not only should another section be added to enrich the story, but also we may see from the next transition of Jane's life that “Life like a box of chocolates, you never know what you would get.” (By Forrest Gump's mother,in the film “Forrest Gump”)

What's more,th film didn't end when Jane left Thornfield. For Jane Eyer herself, there should always be somewhere to realize her great ideal of being independent considering her fortitude, but for Rochester, how he can get salvation? The film gives the answer tentatively:Jane eventually got back to Rochester. In fact, when Jane met Rochester for the first time, she scared h horse and made h heel strained,to a certain extent, which meant Rochester would get retrieval because of Jane.We can consider Rochester's experiences as that of religion meaning. The fire by h frantic wife was the punhment for the cynicm early in h life. After it,Rochester got the mercy of the God and the love of the woman whom he loved. Here we can say:human nature and divinity get united perfectly in order to let such a story accord with the requirements of both two sides. The value of th film may be due to its efforts to explore a new way for the development of humanm under the faith of religion.

Life ceaselessly changing, but our living principles remain.Firmly persting for the rights of being independent gives us enough confidence and courage, which like the beacon over the capriccioso sea of life.In the world of the film,we have found the stories of ourselves, which makes us so concerned about the fate of the dramat personae.

In th era of rapid social and technological change leading to increasing life plexity and psychological dplacement, both physical and mental effects on us call for a balance. We are likely to find ourselves bogged down in the Sargasso Sea of information overload and living unconsciousness. It's our spirit that makes the life meaningful.

Heart the engine of body, brain the resource of thought, and great films are the mirrors of life.Indubitably,“Jane Eyer” one of them.

Reading Report of The Old Man and the Sea The Old Man and the Sea was written by an Americanwriter named Ernest Hemingway. It has been translated into tens of languages, and the writer was so proud of his work.Santiago, the hero of the story, had gone eighty-four days without taking a fish back.At first, aboy named Manolion had been with him,but Santiago couldn’t catch even one fish. The boy had gone at his parents’ orders in a lucky boat which caught three good fish the first week, and the couple thought that it was definitely and finally bad to let their boy stay with the old Santiago’s eighty-fifth day of fishing,he went out alone, leaving the smell of the land behind and rowing out into the clean early morning smell of ocean.

To his surprise,he caught a tuna which he had never seen before and it was hard to believe that the tuna was bigger than his boat.Later, the bloodfromthe tuna left a trail for all sharks as wide as a highway,so fighting against sharks was unavoidable. The result was that sharks ate up all the meat of the tuna and Santiago only brought the tuna skeleton back.He was so tired that he slept deeply as soon as he got home, dreaming of lions. In this story,Santiago was an old and poor widow though he was good at fishing and had so much valuable experience. He only lived on fishing all his life.At long last,he just brought the skeleton back, you may think such a fisherman should be a loser, but this result didn’t mean the contrary,Hemingway used the skeleton which was the pillar of spirit to strengthen the meaning of the old man’s life.Santiago was described as a perfect person who never gave up.Theboy named Manolion appeared in the beginning and at theend.

Even during Santiago’s voyage,he always came to the poor old man’s mind.He was the only person who cared Santiago sincerely, trust Santiago absolutely, and the young boy wanted to be an inheritor of Santiago’s career.Hemingway not only told us the experience of fishing should be spreadfromgeneration to generation, but also expected us to admire,to learnfromand to carry on the spirit of Santiago. The appearance of Manilion was not by chance, which was arranged by Hemingway.During Santiago’s long voyage, how much he wished the boy could have been with him to drive his loneline away.Youth is the symbol of energy and hope.Even an old man can be young inside.Lions appeared several times in Santiago’s dreams for they were living in his heart, which showed the spirit of Santiago would never be low.The coming of the sharks could not be avoided.

They can be thought as attack which can swallow your succe and happine. The story tells me to face the problems happened in my life with a heart as wide as ocean.Though the old man was lonely,he was a traveler who walked on the road of realizing his ideals. But he was not alone at the moment, for his will was so firm. The Old Man and the Sea has won the Nobel Prize at last, which isa comfort to the writer.
